Job Description
The 3rd Shift Production Operator sets up, operates, and maintains manufacturing machinery used to produce advanced power transmission products. You will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure equipment runs safely, efficiently, and consistently meets quality standards. No prior machine operating experience is required; comprehensive training is provided.

Work Environment
This is a 3rd shift position, working Monday through Friday from 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., with flexibility to work 1–2 hours of overtime per day as needed. The role is based in a very clean, modern manufacturing facility focused on producing advanced power transmission lines that are lighter, stronger, and more resistant to environmental degradation than traditional power lines. The work involves standing for most of the shift, operating and monitoring production machinery, and performing manual tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds. Employees use computers for simple ERP data entry and follow established safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
