Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Eugene, OR 97401 (100% Onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (37.5 hours)
Pay Rate: $22/hour
Employment Type: Temporary (anticipated through January 8, 2027)

Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is responsible for providing administrative support, managing documentation, maintaining records, and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally
• Process applications, forms, and other documentation
• Maintain accurate customer and company records
• Assist with preparing proposals, presentations, and correspondence
• Perform data entry and document management tasks
• Support administrative and operational functions across the office
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent service
• Assist with special projects and additional duties as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous administrative, clerical, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
