GENERAL SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Distributor Principal, the Associate Sales Representative will be responsible for assisting sales and service activities in Philadelphia, PA & Wilmington, DE Under the day-to-day supervision of the Distributor and Product Managers, will work with the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, lead generation, revenue growth and long-term account goals in line with company cause and values for the non-surgical division.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Requires a 2-4 year degree or 1-2 years proven sales success in the medical device industry.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to prepare routine reports and correspondence. Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors and other employees of the organization. Requires excellent grammar and spelling.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Requires a valid driver’s license.
Other Skills and Abilities: Requires the ability to operate a variety of standard office equipment, such as a computer and keyboard, calculator, fax, photocopier, telephone, cell phone, etc. Requires proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
