Job Description

Site Manager Site Managers will perform and oversee the duties and responsibilities of all employees with the help of Assistant Managers. These Job duties are as follows but not limited to: Minimum of 12 months total Site Management experience in the Car Wash industry Required.

  • Opening and Closing the site.
  • Responsible fully for Site Operations, Staff and the actions of the staff.
  • Making sure the XPT's and General sales reports are correct at closing, Involves handling cash and other forms of currency.
  • Being proficient with SiteManager and SiteWatch Web from DRB.
  • Creating and posting a functional Schedule. Schedule being sent out no later than Wednesday for the next week.
  • Control of labor hours to Daily Revenue and Traffic. Meet monthly labor goals.
  • Hiring, directing, training and developing new employees.
  • Keeping a consistent cleaning schedule for the tunnel and property.
  • Handling employee issues with help from higher management.
  • Responding to customer emails, claims and complaints in a timely matter. Enforcing the disclaimer tactfully and respectfully.
  • This position requires 50-55 hrs a week. During high Volume this may increase occasionally.
  • Solving monthly pass issues and updating customer accounts.
  • Push cashiers to a 10% and higher capture/conversion rate for monthly passes.
  • Keep up with supplies needed for the site either through orders or store purchases.
  • Ensure equipment in tunnel is functioning and preforming maintenance on equipment as needed.
  • Able to stoop, bend, twist, climb or lift as needed to preform job duties, up to 50lbs.
  • Ensuring property is presentable at all times for exceeding expectations on site inspections.
  • Gather positive reviews from customers regularly.
  • Ensure proper and continued training of employees and management.
  • Proficient use of hand tools and power tools.
  • Ability to navigate stressful situations.
  • Developing the Assistant Managers and Team Leads.
  • Video audits to make sure employees are being responsible when you are not on site.
  • Make sure all operational needs are met for the site.
  • Float between sites in Ellis County as needs of the wash require.
Site Management Experience in the Car Wash industry Required. Salary 60,000-75,000/year. Plus Commission Minimum of 12 Months total management experience in the Car Wash industry Required.
