Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Case Manager to provide maternity leave coverage for a personal injury law firm in West Los Angeles. This contract position is expected to last 12 weeks with the potential to extend or become a permanent position. This opportunity offers an exciting chance to work for a boutique firm known for its organized and detail-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong case management expertise and prior experience with personal injury law.

Responsibilities :

• Manage personal injury cases, including negotiating liens, collecting medical records, and communicating with insurance adjusters.
• Ensure effective and detail-oriented communication with clients, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Maintain organized and paperless case files, adhering to the firm’s streamlined processes.
• Draft and prepare demand letters to support case resolutions and settlements.

Requirements :

• Experience as a Case Manager or Paralegal in personal injury law.
• Strong proficiency in lien negotiation, medical records management, and demand writing.
• Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently without micromanagement.
• Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
