Job Title: Pharmacy Tech

Location: Gold Beach, OR 97444

Shift: Days

Duration: 26 Weeks

Pay Rate: $55/hr - $57/hr

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience preparing chemotherapy infusions in a hospital or infusion center setting.
• The technician will work closely with the pharmacist and oncology team to ensure safe, accurate, and timely preparation of infusion medications.
• Prepare chemotherapy and other infusion medications in a hospital/infusion setting.
• Perform hazardous drug compounding under pharmacist supervision.
• Assist with sterile IV compounding in a cleanroom environment.
• Ensure accurate preparation, labeling, and staging of medications for infusion patients.
• Maintain compliance with oncology safety standards and protocols.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, nurses, and providers to support infusion workflows.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of hospital pharmacy technician experience.
• Infusion Center Experience Required.
• Recent hands-on experience preparing chemotherapy infusions in a hospital or infusion center Sterile compounding experience.
• Hazardous drug handling and compounding experience.
• Active Oregon Pharmacy Technician license OR National certification (CPhT).
