The role involves partnering with the President to develop and administer organizational policies on finance, accounting, human resources, insurance, payroll, internal controls, and auditing. Key responsibilities include maintaining records and procedures to safeguard the organization's assets and providing leadership for long-term financial solutions that support cost-effective growth. The CFO is expected to encourage excellence within the financial department staff and uphold a forward-thinking financial function. Applicants should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and have a minimum of five years of financial management experience, preferably within nonprofit environments and with grant programs.
