LOD/Consilio is currently partnering with a manufacturing facility for an international automobile company that is seeking a Commercial Contracts Attorney for a contract opportunity.
Location: West Point, Georgia (Onsite)
Duration: Approximately 4 months (through mid-July 2026)
Start Date: ASAP – Week of March 16 or March 23
Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Position Overview:
The client is seeking an attorney with 3+ years of experience reviewing, redlining, and negotiating commercial contracts. The role will involve working with a variety of agreements, including engineering, procurement, and construction contracts, MSAs, NDAs, and IT-related agreements such as technology and SaaS contracts.
The position may also include exposure to general corporate, transactional, and real estate-related matters, so experience in these areas is a plus.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of commercial contracts experience
• Experience with industrial and technology agreements preferred
• Active law license in good standing (Georgia preferred, but candidates licensed in other jurisdictions will be considered)
