TELEPHONE ANSWERING SERVICE OPERATOR
Kingman, Arizona | Full-Time | On-Site
$18/hour + Performance Incentives

Silver Rock Enterprises is hiring dependable, detail-oriented professionals to join our live answering service team.

This is not a casual call center job.

Our operators handle important calls for medical offices, businesses, and emergency-related services across the country. Accuracy, professionalism, reliability, and calm communication are critical to success in this role.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Telephone Answering Service Operator, you will:

  • Answer inbound calls for business and medical clients
  • Follow client-specific instructions exactly
  • Take accurate messages while speaking with callers
  • Route urgent calls appropriately
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
  • Manage multiple systems and screens simultaneously
  • Maintain composure during high call volume periods

This position requires strong listening skills, typing accuracy, attention to detail, and reliability.

SCHEDULE & WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Full-time position
  • On-site in Kingman, AZ
  • Flexible availability required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Fast-paced office environment

  • Attendance and punctuality are essential

QUALIFICATIONS
