Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall construction process for commercial projects, ensuring they are completed on-time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Supervise and lead a team of dedicated professionals, including subcontractors, to effectively execute project plans and meet project milestones.
• Coordinate and collaborate with subcontractors and project managers
• Oversee the procurement of construction materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring their timely delivery and compliance with project requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections on construction sites to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and enforce safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily reports, progress photographs, change orders, and construction schedules.
• Implement and enforce Sunkota Construction's quality control policies and procedures to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
• Manage the allocation of resources and materials efficiently to optimize productivity and reduce waste.
• Keep up-to-date with industry advancements, trends, and best practices to continually enhance construction processes and methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, regulations, and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the commercial construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes, practices, and techniques.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to supervise and motivate diverse teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications.
• Proficient in using construction management software and tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Solid understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
