Leadenhall Search & Selection are supporting a specialist strategy and analytics consultancy in their search for a Consultant to join their growing team.

This individual will play a key role in delivering client engagements, taking ownership of core analytical workstreams while maintaining regular interaction with client stakeholders.

Core responsibilities include:

• Driving structured problem-solving by breaking down complex business challenges and developing clear analytical frameworks
• Synthesising data into meaningful insights and presenting recommendations to clients, supporting decision-making and implementation
• Conducting in-depth research and analysis using both qualitative and quantitative approaches
• Managing relationships with client stakeholders and contributing to ongoing engagement delivery
• Collaborating with internal teams to develop clear, commercially relevant outputs
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members where required
• Building sector knowledge and contributing to internal best practices and knowledge sharing

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 4–7 years of relevant experience in consulting, corporate strategy, analytics, or a related field
• Strong experience in areas such as market analysis, strategic problem-solving, or data-driven decision-making, ideally within technology, media, or telecoms environments
• Excellent academic background, ideally with a quantitative focus
• Clear interest in data-led strategy work and solving complex business challenges
