About the Role

Ronbow Custom Cabinetry is looking for a vibrant, high-energy Customer Service Representative to join our team in Livermore. This isn't just a "behind-the-screen" role; we need an outgoing professional who loves building relationships and can navigate the technical details of custom cabinetry with ease.

The ideal candidate is a local pro who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the "face and voice" of the brand for our clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the Bridge: Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, contractors, and designers regarding their custom orders.
  • Problem Solve: Proactively manage order updates, shipping timelines, and any post-delivery inquiries.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with our design and production teams to ensure every cabinet spec meets the client's vision.
  • Technical Support: Help guide customers through our product lines, finishes, and hardware options.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5 years of professional Customer Service experience is required.
  • Industry Knowledge: Preference given to candidates with experience in the cabinetry, furniture, or home improvement industries.
  • Personality: You are naturally outgoing, empathetic, and stay cool under pressure.
  • Location: This is a daily, in-office position at our Livermore, CA facility. You must be able to commute locally.
  • Skills: Strong multitasking abilities and comfort learning custom ERP/ordering software.
