Digital Project Manager with Adobe Workfront

This is a remote role, but the ideal candidate must be local to one of the firms’ offices which are located in Hudson Yards in Midtown, Manhattan, Boston, Massachusetts, Holmdel, New Jersey, or Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. This is in the event the ideal candidate is called in for an occasional onsite meeting.
This is NOT an IT Project Manager role.
This position pays $65.00 per hour on a w-2 hourly basis or $75.00 per hour on a Corp basis. The Corp rate is for independent contractors only and not third-party firms. No Visa entanglements and no H1-B holding company submittals.

The firm is seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to support execution across their Channels team. This role ensures digital marketing initiatives move efficiently from strategy to deployment across email marketing, SEO implementation, and landing page updates. This position does not own channel strategy or content creation. Instead, it serves as the operational lead responsible for intake, requirements gathering, feasibility assessment, timeline negotiation, and cross-functional coordination.
The Digital Project Manager will act as the central bridge between Marketing stakeholders, internal agency creative partners, corporate and SEO agencies ensuring work is clearly scoped, technically sound, and delivered on time. Success in this role requires strong digital project management experience, comfort working within Salesforce and Pardot environments, and the ability to confidently facilitate between business and technical teams.
Qualifications:
More than five years of experience in digital marketing project management or marketing operations.
Experience utilizing Workfront as a project management tool
Working knowledge of Salesforce and Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement).
Strong understanding of email sequencing, segmentation logic, and automation workflows.
Experience gathering business and technical requirements for digital initiatives.
Proven ability to work closely with Martech, web, or technical development teams.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and negotiate timelines.
