Document Control Administrator

Houston, TX – Energy Corridor (Onsite)

Monday–Friday | Flexible Start/End Times

About the Role

We’re looking for a Document Control Administrator to join a growing team in the Energy Corridor. This is a great opportunity for someone early to mid-career who enjoys staying organized, working with project teams, and keeping critical documentation accurate and moving.

You’ll play a key role in supporting engineering and project operations by ensuring documents are tracked, updated, and distributed efficiently.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain and track document control records and files
  • Review drawings, specifications, and change orders for accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve document discrepancies
  • Distribute and manage documents across departments, clients, and vendors
  • Track document lifecycle and maintain accurate records in internal systems
  • Set up and manage project document registers
  • Organize and archive project documentation (digital and hard copy)
  • Support document reproduction and distribution
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of administrative or document control experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Comfortable learning and working in new software systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
