About the Role:
The EXP Maintenance Technician with HVAC Certification plays a critical role in ensuring the optimal operation and upkeep of all mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems within Trellis on the Lake Apartments. This position is responsible for maintaining the safety, comfort, and functionality of residential units and common areas, directly impacting resident satisfaction and property value. The technician will complete routine work orders, diagnose issues, and execute timely repairs or prepare apartments for new residents.

The required skills enable the technician to effectively troubleshoot and repair general maintenance issues, ensuring resident comfort and safety. Communication skills are essential for interacting with residents and coordinating with property management to prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks.
