• DHL Express currently has an opening for a Found Shipment Center Associate at our CVG HUB located in Erlanger, Kentucky. 
• Sort and research shipments on a daily basis to be listed in Found Shipment Database
• May open and inspect packages for shipment information
• Receives and inspects packages/freight and submits them to test inspections for piece count, weight, dimensions, and physical condition
• Issues documents verifying test inspection to applicable department(s)
• Once package/freight is checked into the hub, gateway or terminal warehouse, enters its location into computerized tracking system
• Loads and unloads trucks, trailers, and airline pallets
• Identifies and segregates non-conforming and dangerous goods cargo
• High School Diploma or equivalent, and 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Ability to operate various pieces of office equipment including, but not limited to ten-key calculator, desktop and laptop computer, keyboard, printer, mouse, copier and phones, as required by position
• Ability to respond to requests for information in a clear and understandable manner, via telephone and in writing
• Must be capable of extensive physical movement all day; may repeatedly stoop, bend, and/or reach to lift packages weighing up to seventy pounds, maneuver any single package weighing up to one-hundred twenty-five pounds with appropriate equipment or assistance from another person, load or unload from a van, and carry between van and location, or load onto or remove from sort location (quantity and weights depend on shipments/deliveries for the days)
