An established Piqua manufacturer has 1st shift,General Labor Production Operator jobs open @ $18 per hour. Join our team and you will be responsible for maintaining production cell machines at peak performance. You will be removing production parts from a stamping press, visually inspect,  and stack the production parts for the next step in the manufacturing process.

A Fast Paced and Clean, Factory Production Environment

Responsibilities

• Operate and service production machines.
• Follow written instructions regarding the customers’ requirements.
• Record scrap and enter counts into the computer at the end of each shift.
• Utilize visual inspection to identify defects or inconsistencies in products. .
• Document inspection results and report any non-conformities or issues to management.
• Maintain proper 5S conditions and housekeeping around all machines.

Requirements

Confirm Biosciences

• Valid Driver’s License
• Your Own Transportation
• A Clean Background with NO Felony Conviction
• High School Diploma or GED
• Able to Pass an Employment Drug Screen (NO THC)
• Able to lift 20-40 lbs., several times per shift.
• A Solid Work History, NO Gaps
• Previous Manufacturing Experience Required.
• Must be able read, write, understand and follow written and oral instructions
