Job Description

Salary: $63,000 - 84,000 per year Requirements:

  • Demonstrate proficiency in Guidewire Ins Suite, fundamental for designing robust and scalable solutions.
  • Possess strong skills in SQL for efficient data management and analysis.
  • Show expertise in PC-Rating Management Module for accurate and effective rating processes.
  • Have experience with Splunk for system monitoring and performance optimization.
  • Exhibit knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter for smooth policy administration.
  • Understand Guidewire APD for efficient product definition and management.
  • Familiarity with Guidewire Ins Suite integration for seamless data exchange.
  • Experience with PCF for user interface configuration and enhancement.
  • Proficiency in Gosu scripting for application customization and extension.
  • Preferably have domain experience in Property & Casualty Insurance.
  • Multitier experience in Guidewire suites is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and architecture of solutions using Guidewire Ins Suite to fulfill business requirements and enhance product capabilities.
  • Oversee the integration of Guidewire PolicyCenter and other modules to ensure seamless functionality and optimal performance.
  • Provide technical guidance in SQL and the PC-Rating Management Module to improve data management and reporting processes.
  • Utilize Splunk for monitoring and analyzing system performance, ensuring high application availability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with development teams to implement Gosu scripting for customizing and extending Guidewire applications.
  • Drive the implementation of Guidewire APD to improve product definition and management processes.
  • Ensure effective use of PCF for configuring user interfaces and enhancing user experience across applications.
  • Develop strategies for Guidewire Ins Suite integration to facilitate smooth data exchange and interoperability.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Conduct regular assessments of system architecture to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work atmosphere.
  • Engage in ongoing learning to stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in Guidewire technologies.
  • Contribute to our mission by delivering solutions that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction in the Property & Casualty Insurance sector.
