Now Hiring: Gym Sales Manager – Anytime Fitness Location: Evansville, WI Type: Full-Time Compensation: $18-20/hour + Monthly Revenue Sharing (Uncapped Earning Potential) Lead the Club. What You’ll Own & Drive

• Membership Growth & Revenue: Generate leads, close sales, and consistently exceed monthly KPIs
• Sales Culture: Coach and motivate your team to confidently sell and deliver results
• Pipeline Management: Turn walk-ins, referrals, and community connections into new members
• Community Engagement: Build partnerships, events, and outreach that fuel traffic and sales
• Club Operations: Keep your gym performing at a high level—clean, professional, and member-ready
• Business Performance: Manage budgets, track metrics, and make decisions that grow profitability
