BG Staffing is seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Certified Maintenance Technician to support a 136-unit residential apartment community in Grove City, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional looking for a consistent weekday schedule and a hands-on role managing day-to-day property operations.

As the HVAC Certified Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for handling daily maintenance operations across the community, with a strong emphasis on diagnosing and resolving HVAC-related service requests.
