Work as an HVAC Maintenance Technician in Green, Ohio, serving residential and light commercial customers within a 40-mile radius including Summit, Stark, and Cuyahoga counties
Perform preventative maintenance on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and indoor air quality systems
Respond to maintenance calls with professionalism and timeliness
Inspect equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
Communicate findings clearly and explain repair or replacement options
Maintain accurate service records and follow company procedures
