What You’ll Do

  • Manage the residential HVAC sales process from lead to close

  • Conduct in-home system evaluations and replacement consultations

  • Build and present clear, professional proposals

  • Educate customers on system options, pricing, and rebate opportunities

  • Leverage utility, manufacturer, and state rebates to maximize value

  • Offer additional home comfort solutions (IAQ, water filtration, generators)

  • Build long-term relationships with homeowners

  • Travel locally throughout Strasburg, CO and surrounding areas

What You Bring

  • Experience in residential HVAC or home services sales

  • Strong communication and closing skills

  • Ability to manage your own pipeline and follow up effectively

  • Customer-first mindset with a consultative sales approach

  • Valid driver’s license
