Client : OpenKyber Title : Saviynt L3/L4 Engineer / Saviynt IAM Lead Location : Cary NC (Remote) Rate : $60/hr on W2 Duration : 6 Months Handle Saviynt L3/L4 escalations, critical incidents, service requests, and provide support to L1/L2 teams. Troubleshoot provisioning failures, connector issues, job failures, and perform root cause analysis (RCA). Manage user lifecycle processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) and access governance activities. Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot OOTB and custom connectors for application integrations. Lead Saviynt IGA architecture, design, implementation, and application onboarding initiatives. Develop and customize workflows, rules, REST API integrations, and custom/enterprise connectors. Manage provisioning workflows, RBAC, SoD controls, certification campaigns, and governance processes. Conduct code reviews, design validations, and security/compliance checks to ensure platform quality and performance. Oversee daily platform operations, including job monitoring, incident management, certification cycles, and system maintenance.
