Inside Sales Representative (In-Office | Los Angeles)
We’re partnering with a rapidly growing manufacturer and equipment provider supporting high-demand consumer and production markets. This organization is known for innovation, strong product-market fit, and continued expansion across multiple states. Customers are primarily in the cannabis space-Cannabis Producers & Processors, Dispensaries & Retailers, Hemp Businesses.
The team is scaling and looking to add multiple Inside Sales Representatives who thrive in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment. This is an in-office role based in Los Angeles, with hands-on training and a clear path for growth.

About the Role
This position sits at the intersection of sales and client success. You’ll be responsible for managing inbound interest, developing new opportunities, and building long-term relationships with customers ranging from operators to enterprise-level clients.
You’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, position solutions effectively, and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business through inbound leads, outbound outreach, and follow-up
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and active clients
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through close
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM
• Develop long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strong customer experience

What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of B2B sales experience required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience working with CRM systems
• Ability to multitask and operate in a fast-paced environment
• Highly motivated with a growth mindset and interest in career progression
• Open to candidates with experience outside of cannabis or adjacent industries

Compensation & Growth
• Base salary typically ranging from ~$65K–$100K+ depending on experience
• Uncapped commission structure with strong earning potential (OTE up to ~$120K+)
