About the Role Our client is a leading national retailer known for delivering innovative, customer-centric experiences across digital and in-store channels. With a strong focus on Marketing Technology, Loyalty, and customer engagement, they are investing in enterprise-scale technology initiatives that shape how millions of guests interact with their brand every day. We are partnering with our client to identify an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex, cross-functional technology programs supporting their Marketing and Loyalty organizations. This individual will play a key role in driving delivery across multiple engineering and business workstreams in a fast-paced, enterprise retail environment.
Job DescriptionThe Technical Program Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology initiatives, partnering closely with Engineering, Product, UX, Marketing, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate is an experienced technical program leader who excels in ambiguous, fast-paced enterprise environments, can effectively balance competing priorities, and communicates clearly with both technical teams and executive leadership.
Responsibilities:The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical program delivery experience, excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, and the ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on program execution. Strong problem-solving, risk management, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
