This position is based in Houston, Texas and focuses on providing residential electrical services for homeowners. You will complete installations, repairs, and electrical upgrades while ensuring work meets NEC standards and local electrical codes. The role also supports the development of a growing electrical services team.
Diagnose and repair residential electrical systems including panels, wiring, outlets, breakers, circuits, and lighting
Install new electrical components and perform upgrades in residential homes
Identify electrical issues through troubleshooting and provide safe long term solutions
Communicate clearly with homeowners to explain findings and available service options
Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and jobsite
Document work orders and invoices using company provided technology such as iPad and service software
Follow NEC requirements, local electrical codes, and company safety practices
Coordinate with lighting and sales teams when additional services or inspections are needed
Support the continued expansion of the electrical services division through strong workmanship and customer service

High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years working in the electrical trade
Journeyman/Wireman license is required
Journeyman electrician license preferred
Experience working with residential wiring, electrical repairs, and troubleshooting
Knowledge of NEC guidelines and electrical safety practices
Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds
Ability to climb ladders and work in tight or enclosed spaces when necessary
Comfortable using electrical testing tools and power equipment
Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
Experience with ServiceTitan is helpful but not required
Schedule flexibility to support customer service needs
