Compensation & Benefits: * Pay up to $22/hour + performance bonuses * $2,000 hiring bonus for qualified candidates * Paid, hands-on training with mentorship * Comprehensive benefits package, including: * Medical, Vision & Dental Insurance * Disability & Life Insurance * 401(k) with Employer Match * Profit-Sharing Plan * Paid Time Off (PTO) * 6 Paid Holidays * Work-Life Balance * Employee Discounts Job Responsibilities: * Perform basic preventive maintenance (lube, oil changes, filter service) * Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend services based on findings * Rotate and inspect tires, check pressure, and replace as needed * Deliver quality service while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards Qualifications: * Previous lube technician, automotive service, oil change experience preferred (but not required) * Must be able to lift 50 lbs and follow all safety procedures * Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented automotive dealership environment * Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and enthusiastic attitude Schedule: * Full-time position * 5 days per week, including Saturdays Requirements: * Valid driver’s license * We provide tools and training! Work Environment: This position is based in our dealership’s service department, where you'll use modern equipment, tools, and safety procedures to perform quality vehicle maintenance.
