This role ensures compliance with Customs and Participating Government Agencies while ensuring there is efficiency in the day to day roles of our Clearance Agents. Reporting to the Senior Clearance Manager, this position is responsible for providing leadership while ensuring efficient production and stability in ever-changing environments. The Clearance Manager is able to excel in day to day coaching, motivation and direction to our teams.
