Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mortgage Loan Originator based in Coral Gables, FL, with some remote work flexibility. The Mortgage Loan Originator will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, guiding them through the loan application process, and identifying the best mortgage solutions based on their financial needs. Core tasks include evaluating financial information, processing loan applications, collaborating with underwriting, and ensuring an efficient loan closing process. The role also involves staying up-to-date with lending guidelines and compliance requirements.
