Job Description



**STARTING BONUS AVAILABLE**

Schedule: Full-time, 36 hours/week | Rotating days, nights, weekends, Sunday-Saturday

Caseload: 100% Pediatrics/Neonatal | 100% Inpatient

 

Henry Ford Health seeks a full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our neonatology team providing Level III neonatal care. You'll work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment delivering high-quality patient care. New graduates welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive neonatal care to Level III NICU patients
  • Perform bedside procedures and clinical assessments
  • Attend deliveries and provide immediate neonatal support
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Provide family-centered care and communication
  • Contribute to quality improvement and clinical excellence
  • Advance clinical skills in Level III NICU practice

We seek candidates with strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for neonatal medicine.

Qualifications

Qualifications

**
  • Master's degree in Nursing from a CCNE or NLNAC-accredited Nurse Practitioner program
  • Current Michigan Nurse Practitioner licensure (or proof of application in process)
  • National Board NNP Certification
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications
  • Current RN licensure in Michigan
  • Federal DEA License (PAs only; NPs will provide Michigan license number during credentialing)

  • Prior neonatal or pediatric nursing experience
  • Experience in Level III NICU settings
