Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Admin Assistant at our headquarters in Columbia, MD. The Office Administrator will handle a variety of tasks including the management of office operations, organizing and maintaining records, managing office equipment, and ensuring the smooth daily operation of a professional office environment. The role involves providing administrative support, assisting with customer inquiries, and maintaining strong communication and organizational practices to support the team’s functionality.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in office administration or a similar support role
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, and Word), Google Workspace, and comfortable learning new software.
  • Proficiency in operating Office Equipment and other standard business tools, such as printers, copiers, and telecommunication systems.
  • Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with team members, leadership, and clients.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-directed with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
  • Relevant work experience in office administration is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in Administration or a related field are a plus.
