Office Manager & Accountant (Flexible PT/FT)

Pay: $23 – $45 per hour (DOE) Location: Minot, ND

Are you a QuickBooks pro who loves keeping a business running like a well-oiled machine? We are looking for a dynamic Accounts Manager / Office Administrator to join our team in Minot.

The Impact You’ll Make

  • Financial Stewardship: Lead the charge on bookkeeping, tax preparation, payroll, and cash flow management using QuickBooks online.
  • Operational Hub: Synchronize our digital workflows across Google Workspace, Buildertrend, and Asana to keep projects moving.
  • Team Support: Act as the right hand to management—handling HR paperwork, vendor communication, and client relations.
  • Logistics Ninja: Manage the "moveable pieces," from scheduling and travel to the occasional site run or supply restock.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Accounting Expertise: 1–3+ years of experience with higher-level accounting and tax prep is essential.
  • Tech Proficiency: You’re a natural with Google Drive, Excel, Zoom, and CRM tools.
  • Communication: You have a warm professional personality with "A+" grammar and organizational habits.
  • Reliability: You have a valid driver’s license and the discretion to handle sensitive company information.
