We’re partnering with a fast-growing, early-stage venture investment firm in Palo Alto to hire an Office Manager / Research Coordinator . This is a high-impact opportunity to join a small, collaborative team at an exciting stage of growth.

What you’ll do:

• Support senior investment professionals with scheduling, travel, and day-to-day coordination
• Oversee office operations, including facilities and vendor management
• Assist with administrative and light operational workflows in partnership with finance and business leadership
• Help build and scale internal processes as the firm grows
