About the Role
I’m looking for a highly reliable, honest, detail‑oriented virtual assistant who can take over the administrative and operational tasks that keep my work and personal life running smoothly. This is not a specialist role — it’s a get‑things‑done role. You’ll handle email triage, task management, billing, follow‑ups, and miscellaneous online errands.
If something needs to be done — whether it’s sending invoices or arranging something unusual — I need someone who can figure it out, execute it, and close the loop.
Responsibilities
• Screen, sort, and triage incoming email
• Draft responses and flag items requiring my attention
• Manage Google Tasks and follow‑ups
• Send invoices, track payments, and follow up with clients
• Research and coordinate miscellaneous tasks (personal and business)
• Handle online errands, scheduling, and logistics
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
• Communicate clearly and consistently during your daily work window
Requirements
• Excellent written English
• Strong organizational skills
• High integrity and trustworthiness
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Resourceful problem‑solver — able to figure things out without hand‑holding
• Consistent availability for 4 hours/day
• Experience with Gmail, Google Tasks, and basic billing tools (or willingness to learn quickly)
