Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in performance testing and enterprise monitoring tools to ensure application scalability reliability and optimal performance
Lead performance testing initiatives using LoadRunner and other performance testing tools to simulate load stress and endurance scenarios Develop and maintain performance test scripts aligned with business and technical requirements Utilize enterprise monitoring solutions such as AppDynamics Dynatrace and Splunk for comprehensive application performance monitoring and diagnostics Analyze application behavior and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and capacity constraints Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including development DevOps and infrastructure to align performance goals and troubleshoot issues Prepare detailed performance reports and present findings with actionable recommendations to stakeholders Drive continuous improvement in performance testing methodologies and monitoring practices Mentor and guide junior team members on performance testing and monitoring tools and best practices
Roles and Responsibilities:
Design develop and execute performance test plans and scripts using LoadRunner and other relevant tools Conduct endtoend performance testing including load stress and endurance tests for enterprise applications Monitor application performance in production and preproduction environments using AppDynamics Dynatrace and Splunk Analyze logs s and performance data to proactively identify risks and troubleshoot issues Lead performance defect triage and root cause analysis meetings Collaborate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders including senior leadership Manage and prioritize performance testing activities within an agile development lifecycle Ensure adherence to performance testing standards best practices and compliance requirements across projects
