Job Description

Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

The Radchenko Law Group, PLLC, Plano, Texas, Full-Time, On-Site

Are you a seasoned Texas plaintiff personal injury paralegal who knows the difference between a strong demand package and one that gets ignored? Do you read a police report and already see the case theory? If you’re ready to bring 5–7 years of hard-earned PI experience to a firm where your judgment is trusted, and your work actually moves cases forward, we want to talk to you.

The Radchenko Law Group is a boutique Texas litigation firm based in Plano, serving clients across Collin, Denton, Dallas, and Tarrant Counties. We fight hard for injured Texans — and we’re looking for a litigation paralegal who fights right alongside us.

Compensation Benefits

  • Salary: $85,000
  • Performance bonus: Eligible based on case milestones and firm performance
  • Paid time off: Generous PTO, paid holidays, and your birthday off
  • Health benefits: Health, dental, and vision coverage
  • Tech tools: Modern stack — Filevine, Outlook, e-filing platforms, AI-assisted drafting tools
  • Growth: CLE/paralegal certification support, mentorship from a hands-on attorney, real path for advancement

Location Schedule

On-site at our Plano office: 5800 Tennyson Parkway, Suite 675, Plano, TX 75024.

Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., with flexibility for trial weeks and depositions.

Occasional travel within the DFW Metroplex for hearings, depositions, mediations, and court filings.

How to Apply

Apply through WizeHire with your résumé and a short cover note telling us: (1) the most complex Texas plaintiff PI case you’ve worked on, (2) what your role was in moving it forward, and (3) what you’re looking for in your next firm.

We read every application personally. If you’re the right fit, we move fast.

The Radchenko Law Group, PLLC, is an equal opportunity employer.

Compensation:

$85,000

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

  • You will run the litigation file from intake through resolution, working shoulder-to-shoulder with the attorney on a focused caseload of motor vehicle, premises liability, and complex injury matters.
  • Manage a docket of active Texas plaintiff PI files from pre-suit through trial and post-judgment.
  • Draft original petitions, amended petitions, written discovery (RFDs, RFPs, RFAs, interrogatories), discovery responses, motions, subpoenas, deposition notices, and trial pleadings under TRCP and CPRC.
  • Calendar and manage litigation deadlines — answer dates, discovery deadlines, DWOP, scheduling order milestones, expert designations, and trial settings — and make sure nothing slips.
  • Order, track, organize, and summarize medical records, billing, lien information, and wage-loss documentation; prepare medical chronologies for demand and trial.
  • Coordinate with treating providers, life care planners, accident reconstructionists, biomechanics, vocational, and economic experts.
  • Handle e-filing in Texas district and county courts; track service of process, including issuance of citations and alias citations.
  • Prepare deposition outlines, witness binders, exhibit lists, designations, and mediation submissions.
  • Maintain client communication — return calls same business day, keep clients informed at every meaningful step, and represent the firm with empathy and professionalism.
  • Own file organization in Filevine: phases, tasks, deadline chains, document templates, and case-data hygiene.
Qualifications:

What You Bring

  • 5–7 years of full-time paralegal experience on the plaintiff side of Texas personal injury work (MVA, premises, product, dog-bite, wrongful death, or catastrophic injury).
  • Working command of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, Texas Rules of Evidence, and CPRC Chapters 16, 33, 41, and 71.
  • Proven track record drafting petitions and discovery without heavy attorney rewrites — you are a writer, not just a form-filler.
  • Strong understanding of Texas county/district court e-filing, service of process, citations, and scheduling orders in Collin, Dallas, Denton, and Tarrant Counties.
  • Hands-on experience with case management software (Filevine strongly preferred; Litify, SmartAdvocate, or CASEpeer experience also valued).
  • Comfort handling subrogation, ERISA, Medicare/Medicaid set-asides, and lien negotiation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication — clear, calm, professional, and client-centered.
  • Highly organized and deadline-driven; you would rather over-calendar than miss a date.
  • Notary commission (or willingness to become one within 90 days).
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus, not a requirement.
  • Trial-prep experience and at least one case taken through verdict or eve-of-trial settlement is a major plus.
About Company

Founded by Halina Radchenko, Esq., The Radchenko Law Group is a Plano-based Texas litigation firm representing plaintiffs in personal injury and clients in select family law matters. We are small on purpose — we keep our caseloads lean so every client gets real attention, and every team member’s work matters.

We invest in modern tools (Filevine, AI-assisted drafting, automated deadline chains) so our paralegals can spend their time on substantive litigation work, not on busywork.

We are a team that cares deeply about clients, our craft, and each other. If you have ever wanted to do high-quality plaintiff PI work without the volume-mill chaos, this is that seat.
