Job Description

Pride Health is seeking a Pharmacy Logistics Technician to join the team in Philadelphia, PA 19104 . This is a 3-months Local opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Overview:

This role involves assisting pharmacy technicians with medication delivery, inventory management, replenishment, inspections, and pharmacy logistics operations within a hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver medications to hospital departments and patient care units
  • Perform batch and off-batch medication deliveries
  • Conduct medication expiration date inspections
  • Receive medications from manufacturers and wholesalers
  • Replenish medications and supplies in pharmacy storage areas
  • Assist with medication recalls and retrieval
  • Investigate and resolve medication storage system issues
  • Clean pharmacy storage areas and medication stations
  • Support retail pharmacy operations including patient triage and answering calls
  • Maintain accurate documentation and inventory tracking

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Pharmacy Technician Certification required
  • IV Certification preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience required
  • Pharmacy logistics or medication distribution experience preferred

Additional Information:

Location: Philadelphia, PA 19104

Duration: 3-months

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 40 Hours per Week

Available Shifts:

Position 1 — Day Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday)

Position 2 — Evening Shift (2:00 PM–10:30 PM or 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, Monday–Friday)

Pay Rate: $17 - $20 per hour
