Plant Manager - Open Position

Our client, an established and growing US beverage manufacturer is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead day to day manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities

• Lead all daily plant operations to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and customer service objectives are achieved.
• Drive operational performance through continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
• Manage production, maintenance, quality, warehousing, and shipping functions.
• Develop, coach, and mentor line leads and production teams to build a high performance culture.
• Partner with senior leadership to support business growth and operational strategy.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Previous Plant Manager, Operations Manager, or Senior Production Manager experience within beverage manufacturing or high-speed bottling operations.
• Strong understanding of beverage processing, filling, packaging, and bottling environments.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver measurable improvements in safety, quality, and operational performance.
• A hands-on leader with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working within a smaller organization where flexibility and ownership are highly valued.
