Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Plumbing Service Technician, located in Ambler, PA. The Plumbing Service Technician is responsible for learning and following our Service System to provide the absolute best customer service to our clients. We dont believe in telling a home owner “You just need this, or that.” In our training system, we discuss the customer’s concerns, then inspect the plumbing system with the customer to ensure we arent missing anything that will cause them trouble in the near future. Our goal is to educate our customers, build great options so they can choose the level of service they prefer, and then we deliver on that promise and provide a 5 star experience every time. Plumbing technicians will perform a variety of tasks including installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of plumbing systems. Field service responsibilities include ensuring timely and efficient service delivery while maintaining high-quality standards and a clean work environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair of plumbing systems, with a strong attention to detail
• Experience in diagnosing and resolving issues through Troubleshooting
• Proven ability to perform Field Service tasks, ensuring timely and efficient service
• Strong Customer Service skills, with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Additional technical certifications or licenses (e.g., plumbing license) are a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve service goals
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to adhere to safety standards and protocols
