Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Sacramento, CA. As a Production Home Flooring and Cabinet Project Manager, you will oversee and coordinate projects to ensure smooth operations and successful completion. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, collaborating with clients and teams, monitoring timelines and budgets, and ensuring high-quality installations. The role also involves consistent communication with stakeholders to maintain satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Production Planning and Production Management to oversee effective scheduling and resource allocation.
• Strong Project Management skills for coordinating multiple projects and ensuring timely completion within budget.
• Excellent Communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members effectively.
• Proficient Analytical Skills for problem-solving, resource optimization, and ensuring project efficiency.
• Experience in the construction or flooring industry is highly preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is a plus.
