We are seeking an experienced Contingent Workforce Project Manager – MSP Rollout USA to lead the rollout of a Managed Service Provider (MSP) operating model across our U.S. contingent workforce landscape. This role will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, including planning, stakeholder engagement, governance, vendor onboarding, process standardization, and change management.
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience implementing MSP solutions in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, with a strong understanding of contingent workforce strategies, SAP Fieldglass vendor management system, and supplier ecosystem optimization. You will act as the primary U.S. lead, ensuring alignment of local business requirements with global standards, while driving execution against scope, timelines, and budget.
The Project Manager will work in close partnership with and under the supervision of the Europe-based Programme Director, who is accountable for the global Contingent Workforce Programme, including the overall global MSP implementation spanning the USA, Sweden, Spain, and Italy (phase 1).
This requires strong collaboration across regions, the ability to operate within a matrixed environment, and excellent communication with senior stakeholders in HR, Procurement, Finance, IT and Business functions.
The role demands a hands-on, delivery-focused professional who can translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, proactively manage risks and dependencies, and ensure successful adoption of the MSP model.
Experience working in global programs and aligning regional execution with centralized governance is essential.
