Job Description:
Core Responsibilities
Designs test strategies and plans; performs functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
Develops and maintains automated test scripts; ISTQB Foundation preferred
Proficient in Selenium, Postman, Jira, or equivalent tools
Contact Center Experience
Experience testing CC components: IVR call flows, routing strategies, CTI screen pop, omnichannel interactions
Familiar with CC-specific testing: DTMF/TTS validation, call transfer, fallback/error path testing
Experience with telephony testing tools: SIPp, Hammer, or Cyara preferred
Experience with Quicktest tools a plus
