Job Description

The BWC Recruiting Manager serves as the operational backbone of the recruiting function, bridging the gap between sales and recruiting to ensure consistent, high-quality candidate delivery. This is a player-coach role suited for an experienced recruiter who is ready to build systems, develop talent, and drive team performance — without losing touch with the core work that we do.

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Recruiter Development

  • Onboard new recruiters on tools, ATS (Ceipal), processes, and best practices
  • Facilitate weekly skill-building sessions covering sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement
  • Listen to recruiter calls and provide structured, actionable feedback
  • Build and maintain a recruiter playbook for consistent execution

Workflow & Capacity Management

  • Assign job orders from sales representatives to appropriate recruiters based on skillset and capacity
  • Monitor recruiter workload and reprioritize based on urgency and client needs
  • Set and track daily and weekly activity expectations (submittals, calls, pipeline health)
  • Maintain ATS integrity and enforce data hygiene standards

Quality Control & Performance

  • Review candidate submittals before they are sent to clients
  • Track key metrics: fill rate, time-to-submit, submittal-to-interview ratio
  • Identify and address bottlenecks in the recruiting-to-delivery pipeline
  • Hold regular one-on-ones with recruiters to review performance and set development goals

Sales & Recruiting Alignment

  • Lead or participate in daily job order intake with sales representatives
  • Translate client requirements and expectations into clear recruiting direction
  • Escalate or reprioritize when client needs shift or delivery is at risk
  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact between the sales and recruiting teams

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of recruiting and management experience, preferably in a staffing or agency environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, or mentor peers
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, recruiter KPIs, and ATS management (ideal to have experience in Ceipal ATS)
  • Excellent communication skills — able to work across sales and recruiting functions
  • Organized, process-oriented, and comfortable holding others accountable
  • Experience with high-volume or deadline-driven recruiting environments preferred
