Careerscape is recruiting on behalf of our client for an entry-level, remote Live Chat Representative to join their growing customer support team. Day to day, you will spend your shift juggling multiple live chat conversations, answering product questions, troubleshooting simple issues, and guiding customers to quick, friendly resolutions. Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer chats promptly and professionally
• Handle multiple live chat conversations at the same time without losing quality
• Answer questions about products, orders, billing, and account details
• Troubleshoot basic technical or account issues using provided guides
• Escalate complex cases to senior support staff or the appropriate team
• Document chat interactions accurately in the CRM system
• Meet daily and weekly targets for response time and customer satisfaction
• Identify recurring customer issues and flag trends to the support lead
• Follow company scripts, tone guidelines, and brand voice standards
• Stay current on product updates, promotions, and policy changes

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• No prior customer service experience necessary, training provided
• Excellent written communication skills and strong grammar
• Comfortable typing 40+ words per minute accurately
• Ability to multitask across several chat windows at once
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning new software
• Availability to work assigned shifts, including some evenings or weekends
• Positive, patient attitude when dealing with frustrated customers
