What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronic devices (smartphones, tablets, consumer electronics)
• Perform component-level and board-level repairs when needed
• Use diagnostic tools, software, and schematics to identify issues
• Conduct functional testing to ensure quality standards are met
• Track repairs, parts usage, and results in internal systems
• Meet daily production and quality targets
• Identify recurring defects and escalate trends
• Support and mentor Level 1 technicians as needed

✅ What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in electronics repair, device repair, or technical troubleshooting
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Experience with tools such as soldering equipment, multimeters, or software diagnostics
• Ability to read basic schematics or repair documentation
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• High attention to detail and quality

⭐ Preferred (But Not Required)

• Experience at companies like CTDI, Ivy Technology, uBreakiFix, CPR, or similar repair environments
• Board-level repair experience (microsoldering a plus)
• Experience in refurbishment, RMA, or reverse logistics operations
• IPC certification or technical training

• Production-style repair facility

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Albany, IN.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
