Who are we looking for? Are you interested in leading and creating exceptional homeowner experiences through relationships, creativity, professionalism, and joy? Are you passionate about residential homes and providing solutions that transform lives? Are you interested in getting closer to the work and seeing that your designs get built? Are you a collaborator who enjoys a studio style vibe and working directly with field superintendents, project managers and crafts people? Are you a lifelong learner who is interested in growing by listening to and incorporating feedback? Are you driven to find or create the next great look or material that results in customized designs with “unique stuff”? Registered Architect and/or ArchiCAD proficiency is a PLUS. 4+ years in residential work is a MUST.

At Quartersawn Design + Build, our passion is crafting high quality, exceptionally designed, bespoke residential remodeling experiences. We specialize in major upgrades to older homes in Minneapolis and St. Paul and the near surrounding areas.
