This company is Associate Owned, which is the difference between a job versus an opportunity. Job Description In this position the successful candidate will prepare detailed estimates for commercial roofing projects. A detailed understanding of various roofing systems such as EPDM, TPO, and PVC is essential. The ideal candidate will also provide assistance to the Project Managers and Operations Management as it relates to bidding, pre-construction, construction, and post-construction activities. Estimating, project management, tracking budget expenses, planning and verbal communication are all key skills needed for this position. Prepare quantity take-offs, analysis, and labor estimates Prepare complete and accurate documents representing the scope of work Participate in bid reviews Offer value engineering options for alternate roofing systems Update and maintain contract drawings with new information as received Work with the OIR team to ensure conditions and requirements are properly addressed in the estimate Obtain and evaluate subcontractor proposals for the scope of work when needed Assist staff in evaluating change orders Other duties as assigned OIR Benefits Associate Owned Company Salary based on experience Medical Insurance Paid Vacation and Holidays Ability to advance in a growing company For more information visit us at http://www.oiroofing.com Ohio and Indiana Roofing is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
