Job Details:

Senior Accountant

Hybrid, 2 days in Office.

Liberty Personnel is partnered with a local Public Accounting Firm seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to add to their team.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for business clients.
Maintain and analyze general ledger accounts and supporting schedules.
Perform account reconciliations and assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Prepare adjusting journal entries and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
Assist clients with accounting-related inquiries and day-to-day financial matters.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
CPA or EA Certification is required.
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within a public accounting environment.
Experience working with C-Corporations and S-Corporations across various industries.
