Senior Accountant Northern, NJ

• Responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the month-end and year-end close processes, including financial statement preparation, general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, audits, and regulatory compliance while ensuring adherence to internal controls and accounting best practices.
• Analyze financial data, resolve discrepancies, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions, process improvements, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional Services and/or Financial Services industry experience preferred
