MXC) to play a key role in shaping how we serve our members—through expert guidance, empathetic support, and a leadership mindset.

What You Bring

• At least 3 years in a member services or financial consulting role.
• Experience resolving complex issues and supporting team performance.
• FiCEP/CCUFC certification (or willingness to complete within 6 months).
• A passion for service, a drive to mentor, and a commitment to financial wellness.
